WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Requirements:
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (Male or Female)
  • Knowledgeable in structural, finishing, concreting, rebar, and form works
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years experience in construction work
  • Highly competent to manage and implement projects on a set deadline
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, results-oriented and able to supervise and manage people effectively
  • Willing to put in overtime work
  • Honest, hard working and has a good moral compass
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Orderly and neat in documentation
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise projects and co-manage with foreman
  • Assist the project manager/senior site engineer
  • Coordinate with the planning and construction of the project
  • Estimate and prepare paperwork and change orders
  • Managing budgets and project resources
  • Assist Quality/Project Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality
    management system.
  • Do site visit to get actual dimensions of the area for projects
  • Visit fabrication area for quality control
  • Coordinate with different personnel for the delivery and release of items
  • Monitor daily on-going activities for site inspection/production and installation
